The Robertini family lived in this palace since 1541 with Bartolo Robertini. Over the years with the various inherited passages, the prince came Sunday to Robertini wife of the baron Giacinto Leuzzi of Galatone who in the first half of the eighteenth century moved to Galatina and lived in the Robertini palace.
In the years that followed the Leuzzi undertook a series of real estate acquisitions to expand the building and as a result the palace had one of Galatina's longest facades.
On the death of the couple, in 1764 the property passed to his son Nicola who had married Celestina Calofilippi.
