Walking along Via Arcudi, you can see numerous portals and alleys that introduce modest court houses and private spaces of particular charm. Among these, worthy of particular note is a construction consisting of a structure with a central atrium that represents a true example of a patronal court from which it is possible to deduce the social position of its original owners who were probably small landowners or merchants. Characterized by a driveway with low barrel vaults leading to the atrium where warehouses, stables and service areas are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a landing, with a seventeenth-century balustrade resting on lowered arches and supported by solid pillars , which leads to the owner's home.
