I Like Trekking

I Like Trekking organizes the second stage of -TRAVERSATE from the Adriatic to the Ionian Sea. From Torre dell'Orso to Porto Selvaggio-. (see Program)

Second Stage (22 km) - Sunday 10 November
Meeting at 8:30 am at Contrada lo Vita, Galatina - Collemeto (GPS coordinates 40.1836480, 18.1516349) and departure with cars for Martano, where the second section will start: we will visit the underground trappeto, the entrance to the monumental cemetery of Martano, the site archaeological site of Apigliani; we will skirt the municipalities of Soleto and Zollino. We will arrive at the parking lot again in the early afternoon.

Our goal is to always make more people fall in love with this land, which has so much to offer and to amaze the view with its coasts, the sea and the hinterland rich in history, and the sense of smell with the scents of the Mediterranean full of so many aromatic plants that each of us ignores, and it is precisely with trekking that we can discover this world hidden by a way of life that is sometimes too civilized.
