Accompanied by Raffaele Polo's readings and anecdotes from the book Introductory Notebook to the Salentine Literature by Raffaele Polo, published by Il Raggio Verde, we will take a journey through poetry and some precious places in the historic center of Galatina.
The author Raffaele Polo, journalist who deals with writing, art criticism, dialect poetry and theater, will guide us to know the poets and writers of Salento: from Ernesto Alvino, to Ennio Bonea; from Carmelo Bene, to Rina Durante; from Mario Marti, to Raffaele Protopapa, thirty-seven milestones, on which the author will linger, with exquisite sensitivity, and lightness such as to make this walk unique and out-of-time.
The path is easy to follow, however comfortable shoes are recommended.
